Gifts are held in the charity platform accounts and spent only on pre-approved budget lines per campaign: surgery, medication, physiotherapy, medical imaging, treatment travel, and essential rehab equipment. The current prototype charges 0% admin fees. After disbursement, a summary is posted on the campaign page and in the quarterly impact report.

Yes. Any amount is welcome — from a symbolic gift to funding a full treatment line item. You may donate anonymously, show your name on the honor board, or give in a family or company name. In the prototype, checkout is simulated and no real charge is made until a payment gateway is connected.

Cases start with an athlete or club request via Get Involved plus initial medical documents. Volunteer physicians validate diagnosis, plan, and cost; the panel then sets priority (urgent/standard) and documentation readiness. No campaign goes live without an approved medical summary and clear funding cap. We may request more documents or decline publication if criteria are not met.

The donate flow follows UX best practices, but payment is simulated: card data is not sent to a live gateway and no charge occurs. At production launch we will connect a certified gateway with TLS and PCI-compliant processing via the payment provider — this FAQ and policies will be updated before go-live.

Yes. On a campaign page, choose Donate now to allocate your gift to that athlete. You can also use direct links from social media or email. General gifts (no campaign selected) go to the sports emergency fund per panel policy — allocations are shown monthly on the impact page.

Go to Get Involved and select athlete support request. Prepare: a recent medical report, cost estimate or initial invoice, athlete consent (or guardian if minor), and a club letter if available. The team responds within 5–10 business days in Arabic or English. Incomplete files are returned for revision without public listing.

Yes. Active campaigns receive periodic updates (weekly for urgent cases). At closure, a final spending summary is published. A quarterly transparency report aggregates total gifts, closed cases, median closure time, and urgent-case share — on the impact page and as PDF.

Physicians (orthopaedics, rehab, sports medicine, radiology), medical translators, accountants, designers, event organizers, and communications specialists. Register via Get Involved with skills and availability. Medical review requires a valid license and the platform ethics charter.

Noor Sports is a specialized charity initiative for athletes in need, operating under the parent organization's humanitarian vision and transparency values. Financial governance is aligned while a dedicated team runs the digital platform and sports partnerships.
